We began their celebration in Nice, with a welcome dinner at one of the city’s iconic Belle Époque hotels along the Promenade des Anglais. The setting was warm, golden, and unmistakably Niçois. Guests arrived to the sight of that famous ochre and cream façade, the palm trees, the sea glittering below. It was an entrance into the South of France that set the tone for everything that followed.

Kim and Gabe married at the church in the port of Nice — a religious ceremony before joining their guests at the Domaine for the celebration.

For Kim and Gabe, the arrival at the Domaine after the church felt like a second entrance. Guests were already gathered, the setting was at its most beautiful in the early evening light, and the couple stepped into it fresh from their vows. That transition — from the intimacy of the church to the scale of the landscape above Monaco — was a moment in itself.
Table design as a statement
The reception at Kim and Gabe’s wedding remains one of the most beautifully designed I have planned. Round tables ran along the terrace with the sea and sky as their backdrop. The florals were architectural — white blooms and structured greenery, precisely arranged. Each place setting featured custom engraved glassware in a smoky blue that caught the fading light beautifully.
